Unsealed cracks in the pavement can allow water to enter beneath the surface. This can result in additional damage to the pavement, such as alligatoring, or potholes. The pavement could reach a point of no repair, and therefore needing to be replaced. We can help you with repairs, or new pavement.

Please note any material and effort placed on top of surface is a maintenance item. That does not completely fix broken surface. Furthermore, we suggest filling 1/4″ or larger, but must consider this as a maintenance fix.
